1SE's handbook provides a very approachable guide for laying out info about communication expectations, team members, and perks.
A comprehensive example including sections on hiring, onboarding experience, communication guidelines, tools, and plenty more.
Not an exhaustive example of a company handbook, but definitely an example of a nice starting point for communicating company culture, communications guidelines, and decision-making processes.
